About Us

We are a leader in Locavore cooking classes highlighting local New Jersey farms weekly.  Offering affordable online and video training for cooks and chefs passionate about sustainability.  Lessons in Eco-friendly farming and promoting sustainable organic farming are at the core of our program.

We accomplish this goal through our commitment to our neighbors, planet, local vendors and simple cooking instruction style.  Classes are limited and reservations are required call 201-681-4954

Join us for a 12 week certification program every spring. We feature Community Supported Agriculture  and farmer's markets in our cooking classes. Cooking Classes are held twice a week in Nutley and Rockaway New Jersey at Farm 2 Bistro and continue till winter.  Upon completion you will receive a video and certificate of achievement for your course; and will be ready for you when you complete your training.
